You can be a part of GOTR-of Central Maryland SoleMates for any athletic event!
Joining GOTR-CenMD SoleMates is a great way to make a difference for our local GOTR-CenMD chapter by helping to raise much needed scholarship funding so that any girl in Howard or Carroll County, MD can be a Girl on the Run regardless of income. Registration for GOTR-CenMD SoleMates is $25 in addition to any race registration fees, and participants agree to raise a minimum of $250.
We support our GOTR-CenMD SoleMates runners and triathletes every step of the way with exclusive runner premiums, effortless online fundraising and support. Your personal goals, like running a 5k, a half or full marathon, or completing a triathlon, can help thousands of young girls live their own dreams.
Special Events:
GOTR of Central Maryland has a special partnership with the Columbia Triathlon Association. Athletes who want to register as a Solemate and take part in the Athleta Iron Girl, Columbia Triathlon or the IronMan 70.3 EagleMan Triathlons will have to raise a minimum of $500 (instead of $250). Once you register here, a SoleMates representative will contact you and will then send you information on how to register for the Iron Girl, Columbia Tri, or EagleMan.
